MG Research conducted a survey to offer some insights into the drivers of choice and the main needs of young people with reference to banking services.

The Multi-Client type survey, carried out through her proprietary panel, focuses on the positioning of “traditional” financial institutions with respect to digital banks and on the expectations of young people on the evolution of service models induced by new technologies.
